This is me in 15 pictures.
From online workshops, presentations, trainings, in-depth interviews, and mappings, to role playing and more-than-human costumes. I am also good behind a screen, managing projects and writing (see my blog!), but those pictures were a bit more boring.

I am a strategic and service designer, and a user researcher with 4’5 years of relevant experience in the field. I am passionate about using service design methodologies, design futures, storytelling, and community engagement, to support a transition towards new social and environmental models that are more sustainable, regenerative and just. I have worked in Barcelona and London in different industries, such as education, social innovation, public design, telecommunications, and insurance services. I have professional experience working in the private sector, with non-for-profit organisations, and most recently in the public sector. Scroll down to read about some of the approaches I take in my work as a Service Designer and how I adapt my work to different contexts.
